Step-by-Step Instructions for Spooky Eyeball Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar for about 3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract and room temperature egg until fully combined.
