Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a 33×23 cm (9×13-inch) baking dish.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, pineapple juice, and ground cloves until smooth.
  3. Spread the diced ham and pineapple chunks evenly in the greased baking dish.
  4. Pour the prepared glaze over the ham and pineapple and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until the glaze is bubbling and caramelized.
  6. Remove from oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
