Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a 33×23 cm (9×13-inch) baking dish.
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, pineapple juice, and ground cloves until smooth.
- Spread the diced ham and pineapple chunks evenly in the greased baking dish.
- Pour the prepared glaze over the ham and pineapple and toss to coat evenly.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until the glaze is bubbling and caramelized.
- Remove from oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
