  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil for sautéing
  • 1 medium Onion sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger fresh minced
  • 1 large Red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup Snap peas trimmed
For the Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds
For Serving
  • 2 cups Jasmine rice or noodles for serving

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken breast pieces, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and rice vinegar. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil. Sauté sliced onion for 2-3 minutes until soft.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Increase heat and add marinated chicken, cooking for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add red bell pepper and snap peas, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until vibrant and tender-crisp.
  6. Mix cornstarch with water until smooth, then pour over chicken and veggies, cooking for another 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, then garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
  8. Serve alongside jasmine rice or noodles for a complete meal.
