Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Egg Mixture by beating the egg, then mixing in salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
  2. Mix the Dry Ingredients by combining gluten-free flour, cornstarch, and baking soda in a separate bowl.
  3. Coat the Chicken by cutting fillets into strips and dipping them in the egg mixture followed by the flour mixture.
  4. Fry the Chicken Strips in vegetable oil heated to 350°F for 6-7 minutes until golden.
  5. Drain the Fried Chicken on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  6. Sauté the Vegetables by stirring yellow bell peppers and green beans in olive oil for about 5 minutes.
