  • ¼ cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha adjust to taste

  • 1 pound Pork Tenderloin
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
Seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients until well combined.
  3. Marinate the pork by covering it with the marinade in a resealable bag or dish. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  4. Let the pork sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Pour the reserved marinade over the seared pork and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
  7. Roast for 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  8. Let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  9. Slice the pork into medallions and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
