Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the Chicken by combining the chicken chunks with salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt. Cover and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Cook the Chicken in a heated skillet with vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Cook for 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. Sauté the Aromatics in the same skillet by adding the remaining butter, minced garlic, and diced onion. Cook for about 5 minutes until onion is translucent.
  4. Create the Sauce by pouring in the tomato sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add Cream and Spices by reducing heat, then adding heavy cream, garam masala, and additional curry powder. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. Combine Chicken with Sauce by returning the cooked chicken to the skillet, simmering for an additional 5-10 minutes while letting it soak up the sauce.
  7. Garnish and Serve with fresh parsley and serve hot with naan or rice.
