  • 2 ounces gin choose your favorite brand
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice about half a lemon
  • ½ cup thyme syrup homemade or store-bought
  • 3 ounces sparkling water

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Make Thyme Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine ½ cup of sugar and ½ cup of water with 4 sprigs of fresh thyme. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the sugar dissolves. Cool and strain.
  2. Juice the Lemon: Cut a lemon in half and extract the juice, removing any seeds. You'll need about 1 ounce for the punch.
  3. Combine the Base Ingredients: In a shaker, add fig jam, 2 ounces of gin, lemon juice, and thyme syrup. Stir or shake until combined.
  4. Strain the Mixture: Fill glasses with clear ice and strain the punch mixture over the ice.
  5. Add Sparkling Water: Pour 3 ounces of sparkling water into each glass and stir gently to combine.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh thyme and fig slices. Serve immediately.
