Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with festive liners. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until smooth and well-combined, then pour the batter evenly into the cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Once baked, let the cupcakes cool in the tin for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely for approximately 30 minutes.
- While the cupcakes cool, use a mixer to whip your frosting until light and fluffy. If desired, mix in a few drops of green food coloring for a whimsical effect.
- After cupcakes are cool, frost the tops generously with your prepared frosting. Press an inverted sugar cone into the frosting to resemble a witch hat.
- Decorate by adding colorful sprinkles around the base of the sugar cone and consider adding edible glitter for sparkle.

Notes
Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting to prevent melted frosting and ensure structure. Add more toppings to personalize your Witch Hat Cupcakes.
